As expected, David Mynne’s one-man performance of some Canterbury tales did not disappoint on 25th June although Chaucer himself might not have approved!
This was the first Memorial Hall presentation since the start of the COVID pandemic and up to 30 locals were allowed to gather carefully in the smartly re-furbished hall for this excellent Villages-in-Action production.
Fortunately, the need for social distancing helped to mask some of the shy tittering amongst the audience during the naughtier descriptions of medieval behaviour!
