Classes for Produce Show 2022
Barrel & Still (formerly The Wine Room) of Kingsbridge will be presenting a selection of 8 wines to tickle your palate at 7.00pm on Friday 7th December in the Memorial Hall, StAnn’s Chapel, Bigbury. There are still a few tickets left, priced at £10 each, to include home-made nibbles.
Contact Charles Harrington ((01548 810023) or Holywell Stores to book and pay.
This will be a good chance to taste and re-stock your cellar prior to the festive season!
Tasting notes for the wines to be offered are available here:- wine list
The ‘Churchfitters’ provided a sensational evening of folk/rock music at the Memorial Hall on Sunday in yet another of the fabulous series of Villages In Action events, designed to bring affordable, high class entertainment to rural communities.

We were treated to some excellent fiddle playing, brilliant vocals and an inventive array of self-designed, stringed and percussion instruments from Boris – including his 12-string guitar/bouzouki made from two Mercedes Benz hub caps, and his ‘drum’ shoes!
