How do I add a document ?
Only GROUP administrators can add documents, as follows:-
Log in>GROUPS>Select GROUP name>documents>Upload a new document>choose file/browse>add name & description>submit>add category(create new category).
How do I enter an EVENT?
Go to your Dashboard, select ‘events’, ‘add new’, enter details, ‘submit event’. Don’t forget to associate an event with a Group where relevant. The event should appear in the overall scheme for the site.
Why can’t I create an account?
Try using lower case text with no spaces between words for the USERNAME. Thus – fredbloggs57
In the profile details, you can use your actual name to clarify your ID!
How do I add an ‘Avatar’ or personal photo image?
As a registered user of the website, you can add an avatar to aid identification of your entries and help other website users recognise your contributions.
- Click on the MEMBERS tab
- Select your own ID from the list of MEMBERS presented by clicking on your name
- click on the PROFILE key
- click on the CHANGE AVATAR key and follow the instructions to import your desired image.
